currently pregnant have a bad case of the allergies. it’s been provoking heart palpitations. I do generally experience heart problems of a fast heart rate but my episodes come and go I’ve been good for days but Any advice?
My advice is contact your doctor. BTW, your symptoms can also be caused by dehydration. You need to call your doctor, sooner rather than later.
Heart palpitations and increased heart rate are associated to anxiety and lack of sleep. Certain allergies may also cause shifts in blood pressure. Try to get enough sleep and take multiple naps round the day. You may also feed the urge to eat more often. Don’t refrain from eating due to fear of gaining weight. Eat dry fruits, nuts, and fruits throughout the day to keep your energy levels normal. Do consult a doctor about your allergies as some medicines cause reactions in allergic persons.
