Turn the music down and you won't have that feeling.
I always get scared when I turned the music volume so loud that I feel my heart and chest beating like the music is beating inside it there any health warnings If that happens too long? (Don't worry I rarely do it).

It normally happens with everyone when there is loud music they feel it in chest like it is beating inside.
