Yes it does I know someone that has taken it and it cleaned their system but unfortunate they still didn't get the job because they was tested for chemicals in the system that helps clean the system..So go about it the right way leave whatever that drug is alone and drink at least 64 ounces of water a day it cleans you safely in weeks..
