How Long For Ankle Hairline Fracture To Heal?

I just got a hairline fracture in october . It took 3 weeks for me to get my cast off. I've been able to walk but I can't run or jump for 3 -4 more weeks so yeah I'm guessing 6 weeks

I have just been told yesterday that I have a hairline fracture on my ankle and that it could take from anything of 3-6 weeks. Really pressing for the 3 weeks obviously... I hate my cast. This is hell.

ARE you feeling alright now ? Even I have hairline fracture and doc suggest for 6 week cast..Its 3 week now .. Can I walk ?

I was told It would take 6-8 weeks if it heals properly. It also depends on your age if you're older the healing process is even more difficult. :(

And If it doesnt get better in about 6 weeks I would go to your doctor again and see what he says, He may order more X-Rays...

Ive had a cast for a broken ankle on for 2 weeks...I went back today and he said 3 more weeks what if I take it off myself in another week? What will happen?

I had a hairline ankle (right) fracture in fibula. Cast removed after 4 weeks.
After 1 week, I am able to walk on my own, though slowly. I guess it will take
me 2-3 weeks more to go back to work.
