There are a couple of simple things that you can do to strengthen your weak thighs. First, go and buy some dumbbells, little ladies ones if you are a female and larger ones of you are a male, you aren't going to do bicep curls, so don't worry.
Firstly, don't use the bells until your thighs are stronger.
First we are going to do dips. A dip is standing feet shoulder width apart, bending the knees, keeping a straight back, leaving the arms straight down the sides until you are low as you can go and then thrusting with your leg muscles up to standing position, keep your head straight and your neck relaxed. Try three sets of ten, but if that is too much, try three sets of seven to start with. As it gets easier, increase the number of dips.
Add the dumb bells later to increase the amount of weight that you are working against, but trust me, start with low weights.
