No.

Some do though... I do. It appears to be an old stitch hole or something like that. I actually have a few of them. No big deal, they don't bother you, and they're not infected... I'd leave it alone.

Seems I have quite a few... But on occasion, some sort of white goo comes out.    I've been surfing the web to find a definite answer, but all I can come up with is that it's probably oils, fats, bacteria, skin cells...some combination of the fore-mentioned.
