Does Eating Parsley Helps Regulate Menstruation?

Yes I added fresh parsley to my salad for 2 days and to my tea and I got my period 2 days after I started this!
I was very pleasantly surprised I tend to miss many during the year and plan on adding parsley to my diet from now on!

Just tried it. It certainly does work to regulate periods as I haven't had mine in a year and I just got it after drinking a cup of parsley tea and eating a salad with fresh parsley in it today.

Never heard of it regulating your period, but chewing fresh parsley it good for bad breath and other odors such as smelly feet, grind it up and put some in your shoes, teabags are also suppose to reduce foot odor also, have not heard that parsley regulates the period and I would hesitate to say that you are wrong because many foods interact with our bodies, we have to remember which ones and what does what...the best to you.....

It worked for me when I tried it before my honeymoon. I made tea at work, which was convenient because I had access to fresh chopped parsley and a coffee filter to make a nice little satchel for steeping tea. I wasn't due for another week and a half, but I started the next day. It MAY have been the parsley. I was obsessing about it a lot too :)
