Yes you can but you have to get emancipated from them it's a legal way to divorce your parents.
No. You have to tell them you are moving in case if you are alone and if the baby is coming out.
You are still a minor even though you are pregnant. Your parents are still responsible for you.
If you have a baby at 16 but have the help of someone there to support you and the baby, why not move out.theres no reason why you can't or shouldnt.
NO, pregnant or not you are still a minor. You must be a bit on the dense side, first you get preg. In a society where birth control is free for the asking and then you make another ignorant move by wanting to move out,GENIUS PURE GENIUS. Being independent cost money,it also requires the ability to think objectively. Wise-up stay home have the baby and put it up for adoption. You should consider yourself lucky,a lot of parents would toss you out on your can!!
At 16 and pregnant you need your parents more than they need you. Pregnant means you're adding another responsibility, now they not only have to take care of you but an additional little person that's going to need everything. If you did move? Where would you go? How are you going to provide for yourself and another person? Work things out with your parents. Leaving at this point is only going to make matters worst for you!
I feel you need your parents full support. Bringng up a baby is not easy at any age, particularly when you are so young and inexperienced in life. Who is going to pay for this babies upkeep. Bringing a baby into a relationship does not cement the relationship - it puts a great strain on it and requires hell of a lot of adjusting.
