Yes you can.. :) We swim even we have our periods,  but I think we get slower because it feels heavy and uncomfortable.

Hi :) maybe I can help.. I'm a swimmer and I learned to float when I was 3. My coach told me to keep calm and take a deep breath. Then hold on to the walls of the pool and try to lay back.. And float!

Start dating when you're 16 haha :) Try socializing with Twitter and Facebook.. But it's much better when in real life :) thanks.
