To start with, if you have a bad gallbladder, see a doctor.

Your gallbladder filters out fats, but if you stay away from veggies that are hard to digest (corn, onions, celery, peppers, almost anything with seeds) that will help.

Sooner or later, you'll have to get the gallbladder removed. It will kill you if it goes bad. The pain is unreal. Yes, I had mine out years ago - now I eat anything I want.

  • Highly processed foods (doughnuts, pie, cookies)
  • Whole-milk dairy products (cheese, ice cream, butter)
  • Fatty red meat.
