Without knowing which organs, I will assume that you are talking "all" major organs. This shutting down can take some time. It would depend on how quickly the failure proceeds. But, if it is happening in an already ill person, then yes, I am afraid the person you are speaking about is in peril of dying. It is impossible to give you a time frame. That is something only God knows.
