Well I personally have never breast fed, but I'm pretty sure to not DO it after doing some coke. HOPEFULLY you aren't putting the feedings on hold until you think you are clean. All in all don't do the coke if you need to feed your baby. I mean, its not really a choice you have. If you need help, go speak with a dr. You should make sure and just wait 2 weeks I have heard that cocaine causes babies to get sleepless and causes muscle ache not to mention the trembling it causes there little bodies be careful and think of your baby that needs you so much
