Put the powder in a spoon, mix it with water, put a small piece of cotton in it and suck it up with a needle. Stick the needle in your arm where a vein is. Pull the plunger back and if you see the needle filling up with blood, you have found the vein.. Then you just shoot it up.
Put your powder heroin into a "cooker" which can be a spoon or bottle cap, then depending on how much heroin you put in add water with your syringe, [an insulin syringe works best] about 10 units of water per bag of heroin, then mix it a little with the top of the plunger, then "cook" it which means to put a light {match or lighter under it so it bubbles and clears a touch, be carefule not to cook it all away , add a tiny piece of cotton and draw up the liquid through the cotton with your syringe, find a vein, insert the needle into it, you should get a blood return immediatly if it is in the vein, then push the fluid in. You can 'boot" it but this is usually done with cocaine, it means to fill the syringe with blood and push it in and repeat it a few times. Please get some help because this can kill you, its killed many people, "every junky's like a setting sun" they all go down eventually, it can lead you to the worst place there is{ worst than hell} and besides hurting you and possibly killing you it hurts everyone involved/related to you

Honestly, me and my friends when we were using years ago, NEVER cooked it first...we followed every other step listed here even the point of using the plunger to mix it, but after adding the powder to the water we then just mixed it really good and then aded the cotton to soak it all up. And I was shown this technique from a junkie of 13 years at the time...do you HAVE to cook it? And what are the poistives and neagatives of not cooking it first? Thanks!
