Been on it (Wellbutrin XL) for 4 months, I went from 450 mg to nothing (hair loss issue) it's been 7 days now, no withdrawal(s) whatsoever it's business as usual, go figure.

It could depend on why you're taking it. As an anti-depressant or a quit smoking aid. I never experienced any type of withdrawal when I stopped.

Welbutrin can have extremely serious withdrawal symptoms. It is best to withdraw from these drugs at the rate of 5 to 10% of your dose at a time and then to wait about 2 weeks plus any more time it takes to feel completely stable from the last cut before cutting again. Although you may feel impatient to get off, this is the best way to keep from having what might be permanent serious problems. Many people have had to go on disability because of coming off these meds too fast. I could be wrong, but I think the only way to titrate this drug is to open the capsule and count the little pills inside, and then take out 5 to 10% of them, or get a scale that can weigh this light. After the first time, you wont have to count them all, just take out the right number.
