Cocaine is a powerful and addictive drug that many people today have problems with. It comes in many forms, it can be smoked in the form of crack cocaine, it can snorted or shot up when in powder form, and it can be ingested orally. If you have done some of this drug and face the possibility of a drug test in the near future, you need to know how long this drug stays in your system. For the most part, it stays in your system for at least three days and can be detected by a urine test in this time. If you are facing a hair follicle test, it can detect the presence of the drug in your system for up to six months after you ingested the drug.

Cocaine was a common drug to relieve depression and was touted by Sigmund Freud up until it was outlawed in the early 20th Century. The initial doses of the drug increases alertness and feelings of well-being. But with excessive use it can cause hallucinations, heart palpitations, and even death. It accounts for more people being in prison than any other single cause. It is a highly addictive drug that carries serious prison sentences today for possession and distribution, and thousands of people every year are sent to prison for it.

If you are facing a drug test and are using this drug the best thing you can do is to quit immediately. If you do not have enough time before the test for the drug to get out of your system there are a number of drug screens you can buy that will block saliva and urine tests from detecting the drug in your system if taken correctly. But the best remedy is to quit this powerful and harmful drug before it does lasting damage.

Cocaine is a drug that is the most widely misused of all drugs, throughout the world. There are a number of factors that determine the length of time Cocaine stays in the system. It depends on the weight, age, health and frequency of use of the drug. On average, cocaine remains in the Saliva of the person for 2-3 days. It stays in the urine for 4-5 days and a hair follicle test can detect it through hair for up to 90 days.

coke is only detectable for 24 hours in blood and that is what is equivalent to a saliva test

Cocaine stays in the system 72 hours but is only detectable through oral swab for 48 hours. Oral swab tests are very unreliable.

In the Saliva test more that likely it was the weed that tested positive, weed can test positive up to 30 days , cocaine at the most 5 days in a saliva depending on use sometimes its out in 3 days but I would not chance that I would put off testing if you know when test is, or if on probation call out.

Yes ,however it's not as fun or effective as if you snort it.the method that you are using is called caine on the potatos,or whatever other food product this friend or foe wanted to use on this day that he or her. It's not always men that have braised a porkchop or a chicken breast with cocaine.i have been very lucky to have dated woman that have made me some great meals using some old recipies handed down from there grandmother-like goose stuff with caine.or caine alfredo-give it 4 days ok

The detection is dependent on different variables among which the major issue is of the dosage. For mouth swab test the cocaine will still be detected up to 3 to 4 days. The duration is like 72 to 78 hours.

Depending upon the sensitivity of the equipment used for drug testing the cocaine can be detected fro a duration of 2-4 days. But the level of usage plays a vital role.

A friend of mine failed a mouth swab test close to 10 days after not using, granted he was a heavy user, and weighed around 180 lbs and 5'5, but it can stay up to 10 days, light use is more on the 48-96 hour side. Put it this way, if its still in your blood, its still in your saliva and urine.  Urine is a byproduct of blood toxin elimination, and toxins from the blood also come out in saliva and sweat.  Personally, I would use a 7-10 day time range just to be on the safe side.

A friend of mine also tested positive longer than that on a probation swab test, it was almost 10 days later. Granted he was a very heavy crack smoker, and was 5'5 and weighed 180 or so lbs. Metabolism plays a huge roll in drug elimination, slow metabolism, longer detection time, same with dosage, higher dosage, longer detection time. Combine the two....may almost double widely accepted detection times. Scientific journals have shown this time and time again. People consistantly test positive 5-10 days on a drug test after heavy use.
