Sperms are released by male partner inside the female genitalia at the posterior vault during sex. This is natural way of injecting sperms. Process of injecting sperms in the female artificially is called intrauterine insemination or IUI. During this procedure, sperms are washed and separated from other components of the semen. These washed sperms are injected inside female genitalia.
