I am trying to find the answer I have that to I noticed at school I was messing with my lip ring
And well I scraped it off and it was blood a little came out but the black thing was a clot I'm also sexually active with my bf should I be worried?

Did a doctor tell you that or you are just guessing that is what you have? Are you on any medications? Usually what you feel inside your cheecks is not blood clots but normal bumps (unless they are new, hurt or bleed). To be sure that it is nothing serious, see your dentist.
