If its not too hot it should be ok; pregnant women aren't told to avoid hot water bottles or anything and this is much the same. The only thing I would say that if shes very late in pregnancy the baby will be able to feel the heat easily, and may not like it. Unborn babies have been shown to move away from heat sources pressed against them
