I think the dark line on your nose can be the melasma which is hyper pigmentation of the face during pregnancy. The melasma during pregnancy not necessarily present in every woman. The reason of the melasma during pregnancy is high progesterone levels in blood. I advise you to visit a dermatologist and get treatment.
