Breast development in ladies is dependent upon hormones like estrogen. During pregnancy hormonal levels are high including estrogen and prolactin. So, it is possible to have larger breast during pregnancy. Other cause of breast enlargement can be sexual stimulation by touching breast. During sexual stimulation, changes in the blood hormone levels are also expected. Breast enlargement during pregnancy is also expected because mother has to feed her baby.
