Try to use Neosporin on it, this will help you to get rid of it. It could be impetigo. You should consult a doctor as soon as you can because this infection is highly contagious. But I'm sure you'll find Neosporin very useful in this case. Take good care of yourself.

You need to get a stronger topical ointment than neosporin, it will help. I'm suffering from infanago also. It stars out with red itchy bumps that burst and they burn, you soon get a crust over the affected area. This is very contagious and if it spreads to far you will need oral antibiotics to help fight the infection!

I like to use Vitamin E skin oil found in cosmetic section of walgreen's. You can probably find it in any supermarket or drugs store...such as wal-mart or rite aid.... It eases the itchiness which slows down the spreading of the infection.

I have it, and my doctor prescribed me pills that were very cheap. She also suggested soaking in the tub.
