Because your using joints and muscles tht haven't been used often enough.
Why Do My Joints Ache At Night And After Exercise?
I don't know the real reason,got myself checked by the doctor and he said nothing is wrong with me,but I get terrible joint aches.its unbearable.nothing helps except sleeping at night eases it a little..donno why.
