Your hormones are downshifting. You could probably get some help if you used progesterone cream from the health food store. Get someone to show you the better brands and use only ones that pump. Air destroys it. Use it starting 5 days after you start your period and use for 21 days. This should be used at bedtime. It will help you sleep and by the first month you should know whether it helps or not. You also need more sleep during this time and lots of water. Are you eating more carbs? A carb overload will do it to, so try more protein. This is a safe, chemical free strategy and well worth the try. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.
It is about a problem of health, if you are feel tired on a certain time then you have to make a checking of your health, or go to see a doctor, he/she can tell you how to do in order to have a good health and it's a safe way as well.
Loss of blood can cause anemia (a lack of iron due to blood loss). Try eating things with more iron in them like dark leafy veggies and meats like liver. Also an iron fortified multivitamin would not hurt. As I tell everyone who has an ailment and are not sure what it is SEE A DOCTOR. That is why they are there to help us! P.s. I am a big chicken and usually only go as a last resort LOL.
I have the same problem and I usually have to take a nap or at least rest with my eyes closed for 30 minutes to feel any relief. My mom is the same way as well and a short nap helps her.
