Firstly, it is not implantation bleeding because it can not last for for 2 days. It lasts for just one day in the form of drops. Secondly, 2 days periods are normal because normal periods can last for 2-7 days. Thirdly, if you got periods after 21 days gap then it is not so early to be abnormal.
