Blood spotting (implantation bleeding) look it up for more details!   CAN mean that your pregnant, sometimes it's just the start, or tale end of your cycle. If it's close what should be that time you may consider that, if not, there's a good chance you could be pregnant.

Ive been getting pains in my pelvic region. I went to emergency twice in 2 weeks and  the pregnancy tests and ultrasound came back negative. Ive had headaches, and fatigue. I really just eat junk food. I was constipated for the first time in years for two days. Now when I got to have a bowel movement it feels like something is in my belly when I push. And my poop has been very soft. My period came at the right time, but I had unusual spotting the day before and that never happens!..could I be pregnant?

I am trying to conceive but from last 3 months, 3-4 days before my periods are due, I am getting blood spots and this continues till I start menstruating.
