Sensitivity to wheat might be due to inability to digest wheat or gluten. It is different from food or wheat allergy. It is common that if someone is wheat sensitive but crave for wheat or wheat items because craving for specific food is on subconscious level. We crave for all those foods which increase energy levels. Wheat also causes increase in energy.
