No, it will increase your blood pressure even more and you could also have an un safe drop in blood pressure

Yes and No, I take beta blockers for Anxiety, I occasionally have a good drink (4-5+ pints of lager) and in moderation it's fine, but if you suffer purely from very high blood pressure and you take a high dosage of beta blocker It's probably best to not drink in large amounts, because it will probably impair the effects of the drug and cause more problems (what I say is opinion, do not take it as medical advice or fact)
