It really depends what type of test you're asked to take, if you hope to pass an alcohol test on Tuesday after drinking on Saturday.
This is due to the fact that the types of alcohol testing (urine, oral, hair, blood) can vary greatly in terms of accuracy.
Also it's impossible for me to know how much alcohol you will consume. Let's have a look at the test firstly:
- Urine and oral fluid samples are often used to measure alcohol levels in the system.
- Hair samples can be taken, but this is less common.
- Blood testing can also be used to test for alcohol.
The answer to that is: "highly unlikely".
Alcohol tests - especially those by court order - are very sensitive, and will pick up the slightest trace of alcohol in the system.
I mentioned that it depends on how much you drink, but that's probably wishful thinking. What I mean by that is that it's going to be impossible for you to pass the alcohol test if you drink a lot a few days before. Still, it's going to be highly unlikely that you pass it if you drink ANY alcohol at all.
My advice would be to not drink before your test. Are a few beers really worth breaking the conditions of your probation? I doubt it.
