- Boil the oil whilst placing the fresh lavender to a glass or ceramic bowl. Pierce the vitamin capsules and add the vitamins to the lavender before adding the mix to the oil. Set it to the side in a jar, or similar, for about two weeks remembering to shake it daily. Then you have your oil.
