You have not indicated which ringworm infection you are having. Anyhow, Lotrisone contains clotrimazole and betamethasone and is used to treat inflammatory fungal infections. There are few types of ringworm infections which can not be treated with topical Lotrisone alone like tenia versicolor and tinea unguium. Oral imidazole deriavtives are recommended along with topical antifungals.
