The best time to take Centrum Performance vitamin supplements is in the morning.
How Should I Take Centrum Performance?
You should follow the instructions on the box – these supplements contain high quantities of vitamins and minerals, so you don’t want to take more than you should. Usually, you’re supposed to take one pill, capsule or dissolvable tablet.
The best time to take Centrum Performance is with your breakfast, and with a large glass of water. It’s easier for your body to absorb the vitamins and minerals in Centrum Performance if taken with food!
A glass of water will help you swallow the tablets, and it’ll also rehydrate you (we often get dehydrated whilst we sleep).
Why Should I Take Vitamin Supplements In The Morning?
Well, if you take Centrum Performance in the morning, you’ll notice its benefits during the day. I find that taking vitamins like Centrum and Berocca will help with that mid-afternoon slump if taken with breakfast.
If I were you, I’d avoid taking Centrum before you go to bed, even if you’ve forgotten to take one that day. I don’t know if it’s scientifically proven or not, but I always find it harder to sleep after taking vitamins at night.
Hope this helps!
