Can i sue or get compensation from (first response) pregnancy test kit? Read my comment below i will tell all

Well since theres no comment below can't read it how ever no you can't sue them if it was a false positive false negative because you would have to have the test to prove that also you may of read it wrong and they never say there a 100% right all the time so there not liable if it gives the wrong reading

Usually the instructions tell you to use this at your own risk and that the supplier is not in any way responsible for any false reading incurred or the outcome in general and you should always consult your Dr to be safe and sure, so you can try but doubt if anything will come out of it in a case like this. Now if the test itself caused cancer or something and you can prove it, then you would have a viable justified lawsuit
