My Ovulation Test Kit Says I'm Ovulating... Should I Try Every Day Or Every Other Day?

I am a medical assistant.  If you are ovulating you should have intercourse a lot as much as possible.  Some people have a hard time figuring out when they ovulate and some only ovulate for like 12 hours, so it is a very short time frame.  Some also say just to do it once that it lowers the mans sperm count.  But I would say do it as much as possible.  Keep your legs up and bottom elevated up with a pillow for 30 minutes each time can help.  don't wear tight clothes and have your partner wear loose undies like boxers.  Tight undies can cut off circulation and lower the sperm count.  Good luck and have fun trying.

If the test says go then go girlie ! You have a very short window so get to it ! You probably only have today unless it was a faint line then you may be beginning and tomorrow will b higher hormone. Either way if he has swimmers they have one destination .ever see look who's talking? Also, those troops will last up to 72 hrs ? I believe or maybe 48? Either way your golden. MOST IMPORTANT.... HAVE FUN!!!!!!

From what I understand (two kids now), the day you ovulate is right about at the end of your fertile window for the cycle. So I'd go for it every day if that's where you are. But truthfully, having tried basal temperature, ovulation test strips, OV-watch, mucus checking, and more, what finally worked for me after many months of trying was to try every other day whenever I could conceivably be fertile -- which, given natural variation in cycles, was almost any time I wasn't actually bleeding.I'm not a doctor or a fertility expert. Just sharing my experience.
