If your pregnant, this liquid could be what is called "Colostrum". It's the starter liquid to full breast milk. If you've already given birth & your not breast feeding, this is still the same liquid and should dry up shortly. If there is no pregnancy, I suggest you see your doctor to see if there is any infection or something else going on.
