How much do you love pain? Forget the surgery and pain gets worse and Meniscus wears out. Repair can be done thru Arthoscopic surgery which is a lot better than total replacement so go for the surgery and get it over with. Good luck Also Ive had both knees replaced late in life (mid 50s) due to Pro sports earlier in life and they still hurt but not as bad as if I didn't replace them as there was nothing left in either knee totally.
