Not necessarily implantation bleeding can last up to 10 days and even spotting during early pregnancy is normal but do go to your gynecologist and make sure everything is okay to double check. If the bleeding is heavy or a constant flow like a period or is accompanied by cramping go to the emergency room. You need to see a doctor immediately either way. Good luck!
