Hello!
Well, first of all, Garcinia Cambogia is a fruit that grows in Indonesia. Taken on its own, it doesn't really have any bad effects, it's pretty tasty and healthy too.
However, as you can see from the list it contains HCA (hydroxycitric acid), which is claimed to be a component helpful in loosing fat and weight because apparently it decreases appetite. But, if taken as an extract diet pill, you cannot control the amount it is packed as it is up to manifacturers, which can results in harmful results. Andy already gave you a helpful list of what the side effects might be. Plus, there a no objective and reliable data on the fact that it can actually help with weight loss (or the effects have been so minor and insignificant that there's really no point!).
I would suggest not to rely on pills or similar metods if you want to lose weight or even regulate your dygestion. If you have constipation or similar problems you can try with these simple methods:
1) Drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
2) Eat more fibres (Kiwis are really good as well, and also leafy greens such as spinach, kale and so on. Soups are good too!)
3) Drink water
4) Do some exercises (it doesn't mean you have to run a marathon, even a 30 minutes walk can help. Yoga can be good too.)
5) Stay away for a while from complex carbs and foods like white bread, potatoes, pizza (it doesn't mean you don't have to eat them anymore, just reduce your consumption)
6) Drink herbal tea: there are some good plant combinations like fennel, mallow, and tamarind that help with regularity too.
There's no need to risk any side effects with extracts mixed with chemicals. Although that video on YouTube suggests otherwise, maybe you should try and talk to your doctor first before taking any of those supplements.
On the other hand, if you enjoy the fruit on its own, go for it! Hope this helps.
