You wouldn't lose fat if that is what you are asking, so you wouldn't look different. You would feel better and be healthier for "pooping". The way bowel movements help facilitate weight loss is by eliminating toxins that stress the body that are preventing it from functioning properly. In the absence of unhealthy pollution, the body is free to run more efficiently, tackling such issues as weight loss. The way to lose weight is to eat moderately and healthfully, exercising regularly as well (3-4 times a weak at least).

You're not going to become slim by pooping more :)

That is not the way fat leaves your body.  You can only lose the fat on your body through maintaining a caloric deficit over time.

Your body requires a certain amount of calories to maintain it's current
weight (body weight in lbs x 15)...so if you were 150 pounds, that would be
150x15 = 2,250 calories/day.

To lose 1 pound you need to be in a deficit of 3,500 calories.  So if
you ate 500 calories less than this 2,250 each day (1,750 cals/day) you would
lose 1 pound each week.

Couple that with 1 hour of cardio each day (500 calories burned/h on
average)..you'll burn another 1 pound a week.

That is how you lose weight....not by pooping!

Well...."poop" is a mass and I guess if you no longer have that mass inside your body then you become lighter.....
