I fell on a sea urchin a week ago and the spines are still in my hand and I can't get them out! I'm losing sensation on the tip of my finger and I feel light headed? Could somebody help?

You need to go to the doctor. Embedded urchin spines can lead to infections. They need to be removed by a physician, the ones that are broken off and embedded can still leak toxins! See a doctor...Good luck!
