Why can't I lose weight? I don't eat a lot and I exercise a little. I really need to have a good body for September... Any tips? When I said I don't eat a lot I meant I don't snack, just have my 3 square meals a day :P I'm not anorexic.

Okay its not good that you hardly eat. If you hardly it everyday its a good chance of be coming anorexic and you don't wanna get into that. Why not try looking up some healthy recipes you can try online or ask your mom to help you out and be sure to stay away from all that sweet stuff.

And if its because you're worried about what people think of you at school don't worry about what they think. Sometimes they can just be mean and shallow. You're fine! Oh and remember to drink lots of water while exercising.

I do agree, it's not good if you're not eating a lot. Are you eating healthy, and are you eating until you're satisfied? Don't count calories, because then you'll become obsessed. I say a nice diet of fruits and veggies will do you good. Don't eat at fast food chains, and for dessert eat things like fruit or some dark chocolate that's at least 60 or 70% percent cacao/cocoa. Yes, it's bitter, but it's bittersweet. :) If you want to add to your healthiness, eat organic food and try to stay away from GMOs.

If the produce sticker starts with 9, it's organic. If it starts with 8, it means it's Genetically Modified. If you want to be super healthy, try to eat the rainbow. Not skittles, just try to eat one food that is blue, one that's yellow, etc. This is really hard to do (in my opinion) so I don't do it every day, but I do it sometimes.

As for exercising, try to make it as enjoyable as possible. There's an app called Zombies, Run! And it turns your running progress into a story about zombies. Characters will act out while you run, and after they're done, one of your songs will play, then the characters and so on. You can work out with a friend, and turn it into a competition of sorts. You can rock climb, which is quite fun! Remember to drink a lot of water and try not to push yourself to hard.

You can't spot reduce..Sometimes weight loss is lost in different places before it hits the noticeble areas (stomach, waist, ect)

Anyways its all about calories in vs calories out. You just have to learn how to count your calories and as long as your eating enough veggies and lean protein, you should be fine.  Its all about calories so first go here - IIFYM.com and check your weight, age, height. Look online for an estimate of your body fat and use the "little to no exercise tab" then go there

There could be a few reasons why you aren't losing weight, the first being that perhaps you don't need to? You didn't mention how much you weigh (and I wouldn't ask!) but your body will have an optimum weight and if you are close to that it is difficult for you to lose weight without a lot of hard work.

Also, you mentioned that you eat '3 square meals' a day, but you didn't say what kind of things you eat. Obviously, the healthier the better, although sometimes it is less about what you eat, and more about how much. One of the most common reasons people gain weight is due to large portion sizes, so you may want to try reducing the size of your meals.

Experts actually say that your body operates better on 5 small meals a day, rather than 3 large ones, so you may want to try a "little and often approach". This helps to keep your blood sugar constant so that you avoid hunger cravings, and therefore will probably eat a little less.

The only other thing I can recommend is to do more exercise. Weight loss is a simple equation- burn more calories than you consume, and the best way to burn calories is by exercising.

Why not try some YouTube workouts? They're way more fun than going to the gym, and you can do them at home!
