I enjoy sleeping! After a hard day at work, it's nice to lay down in a warm bed, read a good book and fall asleep. I do not however, like to be awakened by an alarm clock!

Of course, specially after a hard work or a long run, then it can be a good relax in bed, listening to music then fall into a sleep naturally.

Of course, everyone does. Sleeping is the best way to remove stress. After a full day job, a good sleep is all we need.

Yes I used to love sleeping but with insomnia it can be horrible.  I have tried everything from sleep studies, therapy, prescriptions to herbal products. It seems no one can give me an answer as to why I can't. On a good night I get 2 hours and on a bad night none. The longest I have gone is 3 days, finally out of shear exhaustion and not having a choice I finally slept, but it was not restful.

Of course, I really enjoy sleeping after a hard day's work. When anyone is tired so much then this person does not need any thing except a bed and he/she really enjoys sleeping.

I love sleeping only when it's night time and I'm extremely exhausted. I could say up until 3am because I simply wouldn't be tired and wake up early later on! But I despise naps during the day (like the afternoon or late morning). No matter how tired I am during the day, I constantly avoid naps as best as I can.
