Sounds like you got neuropathy/ nerve damage/ could be in insufficient blood flow to them feet ..Are you diabetic by any chance? Did you have any type of serious injury to your feet?
My feet feel cold, but when I feel them with my hands, they are warm. They swell and also are numb, what could this mean?
