White soda crackers & coca-cola will settle your stomach but not too much caffeine, if you can get regular coke that's caffeine-free it's better for you.

There are other alternatives, like asking the doctor for a prescription to help with the nausea and morning sickness.

When I was pregnant. My doctor told me if I feel really sick when I wake up. To get up slowly and to have crackers and maybe some kind of drink next to you. And eat a couple of crackers. And just relax for a bit. It might help.

Choose high-protein food & try to avoid rich, spicy, fatty or fried foods. Keep your snacks simple such as plain biscuits, crackers etc. Take Ginger syrup, capsules or tablets, it may help to settle your stomach.
