How can I stay fit without going to a gym?

Try exercise at home. Most things that are done to attain physical improvement can be done at most places outside a gym. For example running or doing various ab exercises like the plank , bicycles , side twist plank , iron butterfly's etc (really I could go on for a long time on the varied amount of ab exercises) can be done at home or any place with a solid ground. Although I guess if you have a preference on gym equipment being implemented into exercise regiments then you can purchase several pieces of exercise contraptions at decent prices for home usage. I bought a rowing machine myself for 50 quid so yea there are indeed alternatives than going to the gym.

Fitness is very important these days. You can stay fit without going to the gym. There are a number of exercises that you can do at home or outside the home.  Here are some of the exercises which can fit you, if you follow them

1. Running is the best way to stay fit.  It helps to burn extra calories and increase your stamina and keep you slim always.

2.
Cycling:  Cycling is  another best way to make your legs and arms 
strong and it  also keep your heart and lungs healthy because while
cycling help to exercise your all body parts.


3. Swimming: If you have a swimming pool in your home, then its an another good way to fit himself. Because, Your arms and feet are playing an important role in swimming and make your body flexible. 

4. Playing Running Games like football, volleyball and tennis is also responsible to keep you fit.

5. Healthy Food: This is the most important part of fitness. Choose green vegetables, nuts, milk and nutrient based food. Avoid Fast food and fried recipes as much as you can.
