I would recommend starting a walking program. 15 -20 minutes you start out with, than gradually than add 5 minutes to your walk time like after a week or two weeks. Go slow take water with you so you keep hydrated if the weather is warm You'll be surprised the calories you will burn in the walking program and it will increase blood flow to all your organs ..You can eat what you want but eat in moderation. Don't over eat cause then it's not too good, but don't starve yourself cause than you can get sick.
