Your age doesn't factor into whether or not you're overweight...

For a woman who is 5'2 though, 'normal' weight is 104-131 pounds(47kg-59.4kg).

68kg or 149.6 pounds falls into the 'overweight' category which is 136-158 pounds(61.6kg - 71.6kg).

Anything after 71.6kg is labeled 'obese'...so you're not obese, but you are overweight by about 8.6kg/19 pounds.

A reasonable amount of weight loss is 1-2 pounds/week(.45 - .90kg/week)...so you COULD get down to the 'normal' category within about 10 weeks if you follow a proper diet/exercise regimen.

Only weight and height are determinant factors of whether you're overweight or not. The following chart will show the healthy, overweight, and obese weight ranges for certain heights:

For you, since you are 5' 2" tall, the healthy weight range is 104-131 pounds. You mentioned that you weigh 68kg, well we can use unit conversions to find out how many pounds it is.

1 kg = 2.20462 pound

68 kg = 149.914 pounds (150 pounds roughly)

So, yes, you're technically considered to be overweight since the range of it is 136-158 pounds for people with a height of 5'2". However, there are certain factors you have to consider when trying to determine if you're overweight or not.

Different people have different bodies, meaning they'll have different metabolisms and different body compositions. The following video here will go into more detail regarding this:

So you shouldn't base your answer entirely on that chart above, as there are other things you should consider to determine if you really are overweight or not.
