Hi I'm 13 years old and I'm flat chested. Everyone at my school has breasts but me. I'm a little worried and kind of embarrassed. I was wondering if this is normal and I'm just a late bloomer. Please help me?

Yes you're normal. Some girls "bloom" quicker than others. Don't be embarrassed. You'll catch up..... (:

You're not a late bloomer at all! 13 is quite early to be developed that much. I think you probably see them as more developed than they are because you feel behind them. But you'll keep developing until your late teens, sometimes even into your very early 20s, so you have plenty of time. Remember that genes play a big part in how much you'll develop, but that also means that your genes will affect how long it takes and when it happens.

And honestly, they can get quite annoying, so you're really not missing out - in fact, I'd say you're pretty lucky!

At 13 I sure wouldn't worry yet.  Look around at the women in your family. Are they flat chested?  Are they big chested or something in between ?  That's likely to give you an idea where you'll be.

Genetics controls growth hormones that determine the size of everything ... Don't worry so much about what everyone else is doing, or how they have developed ..  Don't fret about something you have absolutely no control over .. If your genetics are going to dictate if you will 'get bigger' you will, if not .. So be it.

At 13, my sister was flat chested. At 13, I myself was very busty. But now my sister is 18 and I'm 21, and we both are very busty! My whole family never thought my sister would have boobs. Don't worry! Yours will probably just come later.
