I think it's called Oragel and it works pretty good. Also icing then them will help any swelling and help with the pain. Take a pain reliever like Advil or something also. Oragel works pretty good and there are many sites online with home remedies for that also. You might take a look at some of those.

You should be aware that you can't take the whole pain away, cause it's pressing your mouth & it's part of the process, but you can help to decrease the pain & numb it for a while so you can handle it better.

I've had mine around a year now! But i've used this anti-bacterial liquid named "Chlorhexidine 0.2 %" & also using this toothbrush "Oral B Professional" (Sensitivity Shield) these two product helped me so amazingly & I enjoyed using them. So I suggest them for you & I hope it helps you out.

Since it's just coming out, attention, you might feel your teeth moves around along with your jaw, for example, you might notice there's a little new gab between your teeth that you haven't had before! So don't panic, that's impression of wisdom tooth. Also the time will come that your teeth will be so sensitive & it will be ready to get the pain with a simple touch, so you need to be careful with your bites, don't get meals with sharp edges or foods that need a strong bite to cut it & things like that. Anything too warm or too cold will also impress your teeth. It's little hard at first, but you'll get use to it just hang on there!
