All fighters wear a mouth guard that HELPS to protect the teeth. That's no guarantee that you won't lose teeth though. If you are really that concerned about it, you should consider something other than MMA fighting.
I would like to play MMA, but at the same time I don't want to get hurt (to the point that I lose my teeth or something by participating in the tournament). How can I play it without worrying about severe injuries? I don't wanna lose my teeth.
The only way you can "play" MMA without getting hurt is on Xbox.
