I have a white slime covering the white clot where teeth were pulled. The slime comes off after rinsing but white clot still there. Is this normal?

A white clot is not what I would call normal. You may have an infection, and what you are seeing is a pus pocket. Call your dentist. He/she can call in an antibiotic for you to your pharmacy.

It is probably dead tissue, when you have a tooth pulled the site swells, as it heals dead tissue can come off. Just make sure not to dislodge the clot.
